Shipping & Returns

We do our best to get your order to you safely and to show accurate photos/descriptions on our website. 

Pre-orders
Please be certain of your pre-order as we do not accept cancellations on them. 

Refunds/Exchanges 

Refunds/Exchanges will only be provided if an item is assessed and deemed to be faulty. 

We only offer refunds on products that have arrived damaged or are significantly different from the description or the photograph (not for any natural imperfections present through production methods). 

For any returns or exchanges please email us at hellohuey@gmail.com before you ship your order back to us.

We are happy to negotiate any returns within 14 days of receipt of the item. No returns/exchanges will be processed after this time.

For any items purchased from the coffee caravan, we not offer returns, exchanges or refunds.

TO RETURN AN ITEM:

1. Email us FIRST and then return your item(s) either in person or via post to the return address provided. Include any original paperwork with the order and note down the key details (including the reason for the order being returned). Make sure you keep a copy of the info / pictures for yourself.

2. Once we have received the item(s) we are happy to refund the cost of the product(s) to you or issue an exchange. If it’s our fault, we’ll include return postage in your refund.

3. Refunds can only be processed to the credit card you used to pay originally. There are no exceptions to this.
